Problem:

IT staff being bogged-down by fellow employees' calls requesting help.

No common, easily-accessible point-of-contact.

Record-keeping done by hand by IT staff, when done at all.


Solution: Create a user-friendly web application that would allow users to request help from IT staff online and track their requests.


Benefits:

End-Users have a single, consistent interface for making requests.

Staff-Users can easily manage and track all their assigned requests.

Admin-Users users can view reports on staff performance.
